RC Nagaon has been owning a ambulance but due to some reasons there was no proper record of its service. Now we have started maintaining records of all services provided to the needy people.The ambulance (Vehicle No. AS 02 DC 3082) has been a vital support system from January. In September 2025, it has served over 15 patients. The register shows repeated assistance for individuals like Nirmala Kejriwal, Kishore Singh, Kamal Surana, and Rabindra Sekh, reflecting ongoing medical needs and growing trust. While the impact is evident, record-keeping,still remains inconsistent, with missing details on locations and service duration, upon which we are working and expecting better results from next month Overall, the service has been a lifeline for the community, but a standardized reporting format would make it more efficient and accountable.
